. To deal with Human Resource Department regarding all matters of employees such as:
   Advertisement, Short Listing, Selection & Hiring, Orientation, Training &
   Development, Compensation, Performance Appraisals and External
   agencies (EOBI& EFU)etc.
. To check and approve all the expenses of field force and coordinate with the HeadOffice for timely finalization. 
. To manage the office account & budget.
. To keep control over expenditure wherever applicable within approved limits.
. To make sure travel arrangements of the branch officials.                                    
. To ensure good housekeeping arrangements such as high standard of cleanliness & tidiness in the premises.                                                                                       
. To ensure that the company property is adequately maintained and timely payment of all the utilities bills.
. To ensure that proper security measure are taken for the protection of company’s Property.
. To manage all the monthly requirements of stationary utilities of the branch.
. To ensure smooth incoming & outgoing of mails through TCS.
