My journey began as a Global Graduate Leaf (management trainee), where I pioneered module-based women's training for the women of the tobacco farming community on child education, women's health, and farm safety, advancing Pakistan Tobacco Company's sustainability agenda. Transitioning through various roles, including Leaf Business Development Manager and Commercial Logistics Manager, I honed my expertise in change management, process optimization, and stakeholder management.
As a New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager APMEA, I led a team in successfully delivering NPI projects for seventeen markets, showcasing my ability to navigate complex challenges and drive strategic initiatives to fruition.
