Direct reporting to Business Managaer GMES responsible for the following:

 Responsible for lab operations.
 Procure electrical equipment, tools and consumables required to testing activities and projects.
 Handle enquiries from certification bodies (Intertek, SGS , TUV Rheinland and direct clients).
 Prepare Quotations, monthly statements of each client and send to the respective clients.
 Prepare testing charges for contractual clients as per their requirements and contract.
 Prepare monthly sales report to finance business partner.
 Prepare sale report for whole year for Management Review.
 Visit customer site as per customer request; meet with client to assist their enquiry as per regulatory
requirements.
 Prepare the list of manufacturer and suppliers operating in the region who can be a useful clients of company,
take decision in the benefits of company.
 Plan visit to meet with the customer for sales expansion and to meet with the targets.
Maintain master equipment calibration schedule to calibrate and ensure our master equipment calibration as
per ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
 Make testing schedule on daily basis and distribute to testing engineer team. Arrange tools and consumables
required for testing.
 Have sound knowledge of electrical equipment and terminology in the field of Safety Testing.

• Actively involved as a site Engineer from M/s PowerCom consultants in Japan Power House(Capacity135 MW, with 24 Nos. Diesel Generators each has capacity of 5.65 MW)
• 220/132kV Grid Station Bahria Town Phase VIII Rawalpindi.
During my services as a site engineer, I was responsible to execute the following activities.
• Supervision of switchyard layout
• Earth Resistivity Test, Perform following Testing of Power Transformers as ,TTR (Transformer Turn Ratio Test),Short Circuit Test, Insulation Test, Open Circuit Test.
• Laying of Earth Mesh
• Complete installation of switchyard equipment i.e Auto/Power transformer , C.Ts, V.Ts, Surge arrestors, CBs, CT/VT Marshalling Box and Marshalling kiosk.
• Cable Laying and Terminations according to approved schematics/drawings.
• To assist the complete testing and commissioning work.
• Corresponding with WAPDA/NTDC and other involve agencies to solve issues.
• Purchasing and to check the site store and other inventories.
