Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities :

Knowledge and Practices of operations and maintenance of all HVAC Mechanical and Electrical equipment. Including Chillers, AHUs, Water Pumps, Fan Coil Units, Split units, Cooling Tower, Plumbing Systems, including valves, strainer etc.
Ability to create maintenance schedules, log books, check sheets and regimes and follow up the same
Can perform onsite and immediate diagnosis of problems arising in HVAC Plant.
