Key Qualifications & Responsibilities for Accounts & Imports

• Managed the team of 5-6  guys responsible for payroll 80-90 EMPLOYEES,  Local and Foreign Payables, account receivable , customer billing/invoicing  &  Banking operational work, cash, pay orders and fund transfers, advance payment to suppliers,  bank guarantees for Bid Bond & Performance Bond, Bank reconciliation of accounts & Establish Sight and DA  letter of credits and import bank contracts & all the import related correspondence with bank +  Manage WEBOC,   Marine insurance matters and claims , Pre-Import consignment costing & final costing after import clearance and correspondence email to foreign suppliers as well.


• Projects Costing


• Import stocks monitoring.


• Manage All the Operational  Expenses of  all the up-country Services Centers.


• Analyzed monthly and quarterly financial statements and presented the reports to the senior management.


• Performed budget forecasts and consistently worked on costs reductions.


• Maintained accounting ledgers and monitored preparation of the balance sheets & Trading Profit & Loss accounts


• Ensured compliance with federal and state financial laws with advice of  company consultant.


• Coordinate with suppliers.  Shipping agent+ freight forwarder. Shipment tracking  and custom clearing agent  for the clearance of  shipment in time to full fill the customer orders.


• Prepared documentations for annual external audits.


• Ordinate with team for monthly Sales Tax filing for FBR, SRB, PRA, BRA for both Entities.


• Coordinate with  team for monthly and Annual Tax return.

Key Achievements

• Implemented regular workflow monitoring procedures that helped reduce month-end close time by 15-20%


• Reduced company costing  by 10% by consistently detecting potential cost savings. (specially in imports)
