• Monitoring client network using PRTG/NMS/MRTG/Orion patrol.
• Tier2 Level support to VSAT (Idirect remotes, 3000 and 5000, X3 series satellite routers) Customers, using tools like Orion NMS, TCP/IP etc for troubleshooting.
• Handling and troubleshooting Frame Relay / MPLS, DXX, Fiber Media, LOS digital microwave radio links, SCPC complaints using MRTG, TCP/IP tools, Orion NMS
• Tier3 Level Support to WiMAX Broadband complaints with complete access to CPE Console, using M2000
• Outstanding coordination with other Engineering departments for rectification and resolution of complaints and queries.
• Outstanding coordination with other AT&T Clients (Shell, Hyundai Merchant, US Consulate for rectification and resolution of complaints and queries.
• Monitoring and managing Karachi Metropolitan Corporation - KMC 1339 (CCIS) Citizens Complaint Information System based on AVAYA Enterprise solution (AVAYA S8800 media server/G650 media gateway integrating with Application Enablement Services (AES)/ Variant Contact Recorder and Sun Solaris Call Management System R.15).
• Monitoring and managing Rescue 1299 Contact Center (Avaya S83000/G430 with AACM 6.3 with AES workforce optimization, Avaya BCMRD 4.2).
• Responsible for managing switches and implementing new configuration as per requirement.
