A creative professional with a degree in leadership and management and over 10 years of experience. Recently, I am associated with the Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan as Program Coordinator. I provide support to the management in the areas including program management, training, professional development, and leadership. Previously, I was associated with the Indus Health Network, where I was responsible for corporate communication, training and development, donor relation and grant management. Under this role, I carried out a national campaign for the awareness of TB with the name Ao TB Mitao and arranged two Presidential level events in Karachi and Lahore. I conducted trainings in areas including Peshawar, Quetta, Ziarat, Lahore, Hyderabad, Karachi, and Islamabad. With regular visits to the field teams, I made sure that there is a strong teamwork and combined decision making.
Prior to this, I was associated with the Department of Communications and Publications at the Aga Khan Council for Pakistan. The main responsibilities include resource mobilization, be a focal point of communication for all Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) agencies and create strong coordination with the stakeholders that includes but not limit to media (print and electronic), heads of AKDN and partner organizations. Before that, I was associated with Focus Humanitarian Assistance Pakistan where I conducted TNAs, mobilized resources, arranged, and conducted trainings for Sindh, Punjab, Baluchistan, and Northern Areas. I have substantial skills in public relations and marketing. I can lead special projects, generate reports, and design retention activities to ensure program success.
