Carry out the technical feasibility / assessment (site identification, material, labor, transportation, supplies etc) of WASH & CPI’s activities.
Assist in preparation of drawings, BoQs & cost estimates of infrastructure schemes as per IR commitment & set standards.
Assist in analysis of construction material e.g. elemental composition, dimensions & quality etc according to drawing & specification.
Ensure the layouts, levels and all activities at site both pre & post construction to know whether construction work is being done according to drawings and specifications or not.

Capable of independently handling clients, consultants, and contractors.
Knowledge of CBO formation, community meetings, conflict resolution skills, O&M training, and fund management.
Able to develop technical terms for contract documents, BOQs, specifications, and other formal agreements related to civil and WASH construction activities.
Responsible for supervising and ensuring the successful implementation of projects, making sure contractors adhere to engineering standards.
