Here my duty is to coordinate with the MDR patients, Gen-xpert sites dispensing medicine and keeping the record of patients and to make sure their follow up. Counselling of patients is also being done by me and any other task assigned by higher authorities. Field visits to the registered patients for household screening of the families of the said patients are done.Monthly follow ups of the patient are planned and meetings with the MDR physician are arranging on the agreed time. Data of the patients is recorded and saved in excel sheets,online portal, filling of the individual patient,monthly reporting and review meeting with the different TB DOTS clinic and Gene xpert sites.

At my clinic I am working as a natural medicine physician. The patient who visitsy clinic,gets the treatment with natural medicine.Maintaining the previous medical record of the patients for the future is my key interest so that I would have the key knowledge about my patients.

Doing a job as a health professional my area of working was to find and evaluate the health and nutritional status of children of school going age. As district manager I have arranged the camps in different areas of the district Bahawalpur and accessed the children with physical disabilities and nutritional deficiencies. Collected the data of children and compiled in excel sheets and reported on a monthly basis to the Head office.

At this position I have to train the employees of the foundation working at different dispensaries in Lahore and other cities.Training modules were about new drugs,modern tools of diagnostics, patient care and counseling.Conducting the seminars about healt awareness, infectious diseases, prevention and treatment with the natural medicine in different organizations, institutions was my job.

During the internship I was assigned the duty in  emergency, OPD and indoor patient department.The taking history of patients and vitals of the patients was the given task to.me by senior medical office.

During the house job I have learned about history taking, bedside techniques, patient evaluation, counseling of patients, diagnosis, treatment by using the diagnostic tools.I have worked in different departments like surgery,ENT, Opthalmology, emergency, orthopedic and Medicine.
