I have successfully completed all my courses of HR and also did different certifications like; Certification in Change & Conflict Management, Certification in National Financial Literacy, Certification in Advance Sales & Marketing while ISO 9001: 2015 (QMS) Certification is in process.


A result-driven HR professional, with approximately 3+ years experience, which is NOT an advocate of my competencies and skillset, as I tend to believe in doing more in less time. I started my career from being an HR Intern at SME Bank of Pakistan, to stepping into the professional roles as an HR Officer at Avery Dennison then AM. HR at Technico Inspection Services, to a Managerial position in Human Resources in D.L Nash. I am also a member of multiple NGOs to support Social Activities in the country. Good experience of matrix organization and regional reporting, strong HR operational and developmental skills, creative & analytical HR Professional.


I am known for not only being a strategist, but an executor as well. My potential achievements lie in enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices., conducting Gap Analysis for process optimization, Retention strategies, legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, Payroll Management, Analyzing of training needs in conjunction with departmental managers, also have well knowledge of labor laws, EOBI/SESSI, insurance related matters, succession planning and TAT reduction. To name a few, I have been working in the domain of Talent Acquisition, Outsource Employee Management, Performance Management (MBO/KPI based), Grievance handling, Rewards and Recognition, Employee Engagement, Compensation & benefits, Training & development, 360 recruitments.


I am reliable, hard-working with strong attention to detail and eager to learn about new technologies and business issues, ability to ‘achieve’ could be further determined by looking into my academic accomplishments as I have a bright academic & professional career right from the start, details of which could be seen in my resume.
