Under the Pakistan Red Crescent Society mandate of Health services, PRCS started human Resource Support (Technical and Social) in strengthening the routine immunization in coordination with the District Health Department in 4 health facilities As of my job descriptions as a Technical assistant or Consultant Engineer, I have supervised, monitored and verified all the deliverable as per on site and were found as per BoQ. Although there is a detailed BoQ for each health facility, below are the major deliverable considered for every health facilities. The quantities were fixed as per health facility requirements.

Repair and renovation of health facilities
Furniture supplies
Solar supplies and installation.
Furniture supply is  as per specification and approved samples,
Civil work is  in all respect as per  specification and BoQ
Solar supplies and installation  in all respect and as per BoQ and specification.

Preparation of cost feasibilities, approximate Estimates, cost planning,
Bills of Quantities, Specifications and Schedule Of Rates all in accordance with relevant standards.
Preparation and administration of procurement   Advice, tenders, tender Reviews and advice.
Preparation and updating of standard cost Databases and profiles.
Technical assistance, technical supervision, Quality check and quantities Measurement as Per BOQ.
To report regularly to the Project Manager on all Matters related to the site
To provide technical guidance on site as per Design, drawing & specifications.
As a Civil Engineer make sure all of their Construction materials pass inspection and Meet government regulation.

Description of the projectUnder the Pakistan Red Crescent Society mandate of Health services, PRCS started human Resource Support (Technical and Social) in strengthening the routine immunization in coordination with the District Health Department in 10 health facilities Alongside supporting these health facilities in human resource, uplifting of the selected health facilities is part of the Routine Immunization project and PRCS with support of IFRC (International Federation of Red Cross) has allocated PKR. 4.5 Million for repair, maintenance and renovation of the 10 selected health facilities.
Major Project Deliverable
Although there is a detailed BoQ for each health facility, below are the major deliverable considered for every health facilities. I'm working as a site Inspector with GHC international (pvt) Ltd in Peshawar high court Bannu branch in Bannu cantt.

Regular supervision of construction works to ensure completion within stipulated time.
To provide technical guidance on site as per   Design, drawing & specifications.
Checking Bar Bending Schedules
Ensure accurate recording of pictorial evidence  of Activities as means of Verifications (MOVs).
Community organization and committee Formation with signing of MOUs.
Daily, weekly & Monthly Progress Reports Preparation & submission
To report regularly to the Project Manager on all  Matters related to the site.
To arrange the construction material within required time and budget for smooth execution of the project.
Prepare & review the work schedule of Different Activities to ensure progress on work.
Controlling quality, progress, cost and safety of works.
Ensuring the works are carried out as per the  project specifications and contracts
