Project Manager

Responsibilities:-
Lead the team of Video Animators, Graphics/Web Designer, Story Board Artist, Digital Illustration, SEO and Developers.
Evaluate project risks and work with clients and mitigate risks and ensure flawless, on time,
Implementation.
Create detailed work plans which identify and sequence the activities/tasks necessary to the successful.
Coordinate project management activities, resource, equipment and information.
Break Projects into doable actions and set time frames.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Coordinate with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
Assign task to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as project evolve.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all team participants.
Ensure assigned tasks to the team are completed on time.
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate problems.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

Responsibilities:-
Communicate directly with International Clients through email & Skype on daily & weekly basis.
Evaluate project risks and work with clients and mitigate risks and ensure flawless, on time implementation.
Ensure timely completion of projects and that projects deliverables achieve client satisfaction and/or exceed expectations.
Review project plan to determine specifications, time frame, limitation and procedures for accomplishment of project, allotment of various phases of the project.
Lead & coordinate various resources to deliver the project.
Ensures that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and tracks all activities
against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to management.
Provides the team with a platform/avenue to regularly engage & involve them in the project
activities (e.g. team, meeting).
Monitor & manage team's performance against objectives/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set &
takes necessary action.

Responsibilities:-
Unit Testing - VS 2010
Requirements Gathering and Scope Identification
Smoke, Regression and Load testing
UI / UX Concepts and Design implementation
Wire Framing
Test case scenarios building and test cases
Make test strategies and test plans.
Perform Black box and White Box testing and other types of testing on various projects.
Communicating with clients for status reporting and requirement gathering.
Able to make project plans and execute efficiently
Defect reporting and tracking.
R&D for assigned tasks.
Perform other related duties as assigned

Responsibilities:-
Responsible for meeting all targets / KPI’s on daily basis set by the Departments.
Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction, high quality service delivery & ensuring FCR.
Contribute to manage team objectives through team work.
Participate in all team meetings and team building / motivational exercises on daily/weekly/monthly
basis.
Responsible for a hygienic and a clean overall work environment.
Responsible of maintaining / updating complete knowledge and compliance of CRD process, routines
and procedures along with products / offer being introduced.
