Day to day responsibilities
1. Undertake and perform administration/programme work delegated by the supervisor
2. Checking and verifying expenditures in field units.
3. Monitoring district vehicles ensuring their proper fueling and maintenance.
4. Assisting Programme Assistant Admins of field units and facilitating them in organizing workshops and meetings.
5. Booking meetings and scheduling events, Arrange travel and accommodations for Staff and guests.
6. Arranging and providing payments for stakeholders.
Month by month
1. Ensuring the field teams have been provided with all required resources (financial, technical and human resources) to achieve the monthly targets.
2. Undertake and perform administration/programme work delegated by the supervisor. Keeping and updating employees record (physical and digital)
3. Arranging of monthly review meetings.
4. Monitoring project-wise fuel reports of the whole district and acknowledging payments to fuel company.
5. Liaison and coordinate work related activities to accomplish programme goals and objective
6. Review and reports on the overall effectiveness of each programme area. Maintain files, documents, data and ensure their confidentiality
7. Managing office supply stock and placing orders.
