I manage spare parts store of the min branch of dawlance service centers by ensuring all HSE and quality measures intact along with the planning and forecasting of the requirements as per the seasonal requirements.
Ensuring safety stock to be maintained of more than 4000 SKUs

-          Supervise the process of receiving, storing and issuance of raw material (pharma grade).
-          Inventory control in SAP (punching records, running reports, analyzing reports)
-          Maintain physical storage as per pharmaceutical Standards
-          Planning and forecasting data for completing the required demand (material coverage, monthly requirements, WIP, raising PR with sufficient lead-time).
-          Work closely with quality department to formulate SOPs for error free daily operations.
-          Assuring SOPs implementation in the daily routine.
-          Raw materials dispatchment on request for toll manufacturing.
-          Daily reporting to the warehouse manager.
-          Stock and quality audit to the regulatory authorities (DRAP, FID, ISO)
-          Assist in designing the monthly production calendar with planning and production team.
-          Cost effective labor management (daily wages workers)
-           Ensuring timely tasks by utilizing the labors effectively to minimize OT.

-          Managing primary Geographical data of CCTV deployed in city (Karachi).
-          Map camera connections, underground fiber and related data on ArcGIS for Geographical Visualization.
-          Developing proposals for new camera sites as per locational analysis.
-          Assisting troubleshooting teams in finding breaks in fiber connections
-          Provide geo mapping / CCTV surveillance support to our clients (Pakistan).
