• Entrusted upon with the Additional Charge of this position for district Hangu by theCompetent Authority in the best public interest.• Working on Computerization of Land Records Project and has to date computerizedand notified 22 out of total 49 Revenue Estates ready for live services to the public.• Rectified database issues as and when encountered to date.• Taking regular database backups.• Compiling consolidated reports and data analysis graphs regarding differentperformance indicators of the project for the guidance of higher ups as and whenrequired.
• Successfully led the team of 08 Computer Operators and accomplished with the task of Data Verification of 49 Revenue Estates computerized by the Service Provider.• Almost 6000 data entry and revenue errors identified during the process of DataVerification and has been sent to the quarters concerned to for rectification beforeoperationalization of the same.• Conducted extensive monitoring of the D.I Khan district by the order of DirectorLand Records and furnished a Monitoring Report highlighting issues hindering thetimely completion of the project and proposed solutions accordingly.• Successfully accomplished all the assigned tasks by the higher ups Director LandRecords (DLR), Project Director (P.D) - Computerization of Land Records, DeputyCommissioner (DC), Divisional Commissioner, and Senior Member Board of Revenue (SMBR).
