I have over seven years of experience in the development sector, focusing on public health within community and organizational settings. Presently, I serve as a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer for Bridge Consultants Foundation's HIV/AIDS project for the transgender community in Karachi. Previously, I was an Assistant Site Manager/Administrator for Nai Zindagi Trust's HIV/AIDS project for people who inject drugs (PWID). My roles have also included Program and Data Assistant with Communicable Diseases Control Sindh, Monitoring and Reporting Officer at Tameer e Khalaq Foundation, Union Council Communication Support Officer at XCELSIOR Consulting, and Social Mobilizer at The Aman Foundation. This extensive experience has provided me with valuable insights into community work in development and research contexts, and has equipped me with a broad skill set in research, management, organization, community/social mobilization, and communication, along with a strong ethical foundation in research and community service, all of which are transferable to the daily requirements of the job.
