I am dealing with indigenous/participatory action in rural areas with vulnerable communities, to enhance my skills to make the research outcomes more relevant to inclusive development by ensuring productive participation of the target beneficiaries and add value to increase the income of vulnerable communities especially women and children households heads in far-flung areas of northern Pakistan.
I am also expected to learn better understanding and develop fruitful collaboration and partnership with other organization working on similar objectives in the region to upscale the impact and achieve the result of food security and increase in income of the poor and marginalized communities.
I am competent enough to bring back a lot of knowledge and understanding of improved and developed techniques to my country and apply it from the organization platform for the well-being and food security of militancy and natural disasters hit area and people of the Swat KP Pakistan.

Community Mobilization officer GBV
Create awareness, change attitudes, build capacities, and mobilize communities to take action against Gender-Based Violence (GBV). Strive for a society where violence is not tolerated, survivors are supported, and gender equality is paramount.
Educate community members about the issues, causes, and consequences of GBV. Raise awareness about women\\\'s and girls\\\' rights, gender equality, and the importance of ending violence.
Serve as a link between survivors of GBV and available support services. Provide information about local resources, such as helplines, shelters, counseling services, and legal aid.
Engage men and boys in the prevention of GBV. Promote positive masculinity, challenge harmful gender norms, and encourage men to become allies and advocates for gender equality and violence prevention. Organize workshops, men\\\'s groups, and awareness campaigns.
Involve the community in tackling GBV by organizing dialogues, mobilizing collective action, and establishing local mechanisms to prevent and respond to violence. Empower the community to create a safe and supportive environment, acting as a formidable defensive wall.
Conduct research to gather information about the root causes of GBV, its impact on individuals and communities, and effective prevention and response strategies.
Play a crucial role in addressing and preventing violence against women and girls, working towards creating a safer society.
Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate data on GBV cases, interventions, and impact.
Prepare regular reports, including statistical analysis and qualitative narratives, to monitor progress and inform decision-making.
Social Mobilizer
After the devastating 2022 flood in Pakistan. I joined Hujra Organization as a Social Mobilizer, working tirelessly on the \"Emergency Flood Response\" project funded by WFP.In this project we provided food packages to an astonishing 15,000 households, bringing not just nourishment, but a ray of hope to the flood-affected communities in District Swat.
Identification and registration of eligible beneficiaries, maintains accurate records of food distribution activities.
Assisting in designing a top-notch food distribution plan, mapping out distribution points, creating schedules, and allocating food rations based on the needs of the affected population.
Engages with the affected community to understand their preferences, cultural norms, and food habits. They involve community members in the decision-making process regarding food distribution, ensuring their active participation and ownership.
Prepare regular reports on social mobilization activities, progress, challenges, and lessons learned.
Village Development Planning Officer
Conducting a comprehensive needs assessment, dissecting the village\'s social, economic, and environmental factors, gathering data on demographics, infrastructure, livelihoods, education, health, and more. It\'s an all-encompassing game plan for success.
Facilitating and coordinating development initiatives at the village level, teaming up with the local community, government agencies, and other stakeholders to drive sustainable and inclusive development. It\'s a dynamic play that aims for victory both on and off the field.
Organize and conduct community meetings, workshops, and focus groups to foster participatory decision-making.
