It’s a large-scale setup having 1000 stitching machines and having a Fabric processing setup of 14k per day, working here was quite challenging as we have 5 units 10 stitching floor but didn’t had the centralized data department which we built in a rapid pace and so far we have centralized the data of Cut to Pack and Fabrication is in process.
This development help us a lot as we are achieving targets 100% since last 2 months touching our peak in terms of fresh garments audited in a month.

 
I am responsible to plan the productivity timeline of Yarn, Knitting, Dyeing and making sure that priority given to Dept. are being followed and ensuring maximum feeding to production and keep an eagle eye on output, maintaining warehouse stock, here in Lucky knits I am learning a lot to manage more things at one time and that’s making me more and more confident.
 
Also, recently for a tenure of one month an additional responsibility was given to me to do dyeing internal planning and execution, when the Manager Planning – Dyeing was on resignation period.

At start I was accountable for yarn planning and execution for which I analyze the storage capacity and started to make plan which suits our capacity and knitting production flow,Later by gaining the confidence of HOD I got another opportunity to centrally plan the knitting/Dyeing productivity and do the outsource planning of fabrication and we together achieved the highest ever production of 1 day and 1 month in both the Production Unit.Also, I manage to do an Additional job of Departmental planning for Dyeing for at least 2 months untill a new Manager was hired.

This organization provided me a boosting start, as the company was not that big I had to do multiple of work at one time I develop strong follow-up skills in here and get to learn quickly the product life-cycle, responsibilities are mentioned below,
- Product development RnD for ZARA, Bershka, HUF, Buffalo etc.
- Keeping records of confirmed orders
- Development of all accessories and later on taking their approvals from buyer
- Development of Embellishment, Print + Emb etc. then later on taking their approval from buyer
- Development of PP and all required sample then later on taking their approval, making amendments if there is comments
- Follow up and make sure that the accessories are in house and fabric are available for cutting (giving approval on dyed lots by checking with approved lap dips and requirements)
- Make sure that everything is going as per planned time-line.
