• Special focus on development of underutilized areas with special emphasis on Channel & Retail Development. Planning for effective roll out of network in the new areas with special focus on retail sales growth
• Ensuring sales targets achievements for the region including customer acquisition (prepay Sims availability) and revenue (Uload, PPC and PTCL products).
• Responsible for achieving & delivering highly ambitious sales targets and sales of my zone

• Ensuring sales targets achievements for the region including customer acquisition (prepay Sims availability) and revenue.• Develop and monitor franchise’s sale distribution network also design and implementation of localize sale promos.
• Develop and monitor the channel of Captain Ushop, Ushops and Ustars
• To develop / monitor NADRA billing system at Ushops
• Ensure proper co-ordination between management and whole channel (Franchise, Captain shop, Ushops Ustars and Royal Retailers)
• Develop PR activities to handle all administrative/Govt. dept. issues.
• Support function in implementing the systems for sales team & channel helping in achievement monthly targets
• Managing all sales / sales operations related issues for the entire channel (60 franchises, 600 U Shops and 4 Caption U-Shops)
• Stream line the system for Franchisees and U Shops, files/data collection as per assigned targets
• Liaison between departments in resolving franchises and U Shop issues.
• Ensure proper training of U Shop holders on all company Management information bulletin and Standard of Procedures (MIB & SOP).
• Ensuring quality of service through regular feed back on network related issues
• Stock management and stock related issues including prepaid, post pay number movement, V-PTCL, Billing Cards, Calling Cards and Scratch cards of Ufone for whole region.
• Franchise change of ownership activity.
• To deal with customers at front desk and solving their problems
• Guiding customers about new connections according to their need/usage.
• Updating other team members regarding new company policies and promotions about Customers/packages.
• Making analysis of all types of activities of Prepay and Postpay at the end of each month.
• Compiling of daily activities reports of CARES.(Customer activity recording system)
