概要

Currently I am working in a financial organization "Xpress Money" (Global Exchange / Remittance), Where I look after business and customer support and service quality. 


My majors are to buildup relationship with tie-ups and our clients on different assigned tasks like Product related training, customer handling,  Responding to their quires, Customer satisfaction, Transaction related issues and their resolutions etc.


In my current position, I maintain an efficient and functional work environment
helping a wide range of customer and provide them right resolution. I have a knack for problem solving and work well independently and with little oversight, I am a logical problem solver, skilled in conflict resolution and have a resourceful nature.

I am a self starter and excel at handling customers, organizing documentations and resolving complaints with a friendly attitude.
