Being a RM at retail and commercial Credit Hub following are the main responsibilities
Managing credit portfolio of retail & commercial clients.
Marketing the new customer, evaluating their financial needs and offering suitable credit package to match their need following risk acceptance criteria of bank.
Provide assistance to RM's for preparation & processing of credit proposal for approval in a timely and efficient manners, in line with agreed process & That's.
Ensuring that lending is managed in line with the bank's laid down credit policies & procedures and also administration & Risk/ credit application & approval process and resolve outstanding issues in line with bank Policies.
As a BANCASSURANCE OFFICER (BSO) in HBL Model Town (1429).
To make a good relationship with their branch customer by providing help in account opening or other banking services.
To provide brief information about the plans of policy and their advantages.
To make the contract with the customers by calling and mailing and arranged meeting with the potential customers.
Make illustration for customer and also prove his policy by CBC.
Negotiating the term and agreement about the plans.
Daily set the potential target.
Check the performance, aiming to meet or exceed the target.
Make invoice , check order detail then make DC chalan , update reconciliation of parties at daily and monthly
bases , after all file dispatched to GM for checking.
