Quality Control Engineer
Responsible for
Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of all finished plastic products as per customer specifications
Coordinate with the supervisors and In -charges for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS
Quality control of injection molded plastic cans.
Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire plastic section including in-process inspection, daily product weight checking, product thickness checking, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and incoming raw material inspection and other QA/QC documents.
Training of the lower staff to achieve the customers specified quality requirements.
