1. Accurate data entry of near misses reported through line walk cards and emails
2. Accurate data classification for the near misses along with allocation of responsibilities for closure
3. Adequate follow-up for the closure of near misses and effective closure
4. Accurate data entry for PTW issuance and closure on daily basis
5. Accurate records updating for PTW, LOTO audits observation and tracking
6. Accurate record updating of training records on daily basis
7. Accurately enter and maintain the EHS KPIs and update on daily basis for circulation
8. Accurately updating the EHS Room Inventory Status on daily basis in coordination with HS Store In charge
