Plan & undertake regular site visits, while coordinating surveys, rapid assessments, and overall monitoring & evaluation of programming activities within the target districts.
Prepare and compile evidence-based evaluation reports (monitoring & outcome assessment), utilizing the existing project Theory of Change and M&E Plan; ensuring that the district M&E personnel efficiently and effectively capture both intervention outputs and outcomes, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure that appropriate data collection tools, monitoring & evaluation approaches, and quality control efforts are in place for district M&E personnel, and coordinate field M&E Officers evaluation activities in line with the prescribed project intervention and M&E Plan requirements.
Responsible for drafting project intervention Final Evaluation Reports (FERs) in accordance with the field data collected; and utilizing this information to contribute to the overall resilience-focused grant design process.
Support the continued revision and development of the CRA-North M&E Manual, ensuring that data collection tools, survey instruments, program indicators, and field operating procedures are in line with the program M&E requirements.
Support existing district M&E personnel capacity-building efforts by participating in Learning Workshops, Mentoring, organizing Reflection and learning Seminars and promoting Best Practices.
Lead efforts at the district level to identify and document success stories, lessons learned, and case studies.
Travel to and within target districts to support district-based field teams in M&E troubleshooting; surge support; and conduct context monitoring through secondary research and media channels.
Update existing M&E Databases and Management Information Systems in real-time on a weekly basis to ensure a streamlined feedback loop and that timely corrective actions are undertaken.
Work with the M&E Department and district teams on strengthening the use of M&E data across the program through the use and distribution of M&E reports.

Implement M&E tools  and processes in line to the project priorities and  organizational requirements in close collaboration with the project staff
Ensure to collect data on standardized tools including data validity, integrity, precision, reliability and timeliness of the collected data and enter in the relevant database
Analyse and interpret data in close collaboration with district and provincial technical team members for planning and execution of the programme intervention
Provide timely feedback to the intended stakeholders (staff/partners and district health department and PWD) in collaboration with the project team
Undertake periodic data verification and spot checks for identifying gaps and enabling the technical teams to improve further the quality and accuracy of the collated data
Maintain project database with timely inputs from the district officers within the agreed timeframe in efficient manner
Coordinate with Project MIS focal point to maintain the Management Information System
Assist input in implementation of quantitative/qualitative assessments, evaluations and sample survey.
Coordinate and work closely with provincial and district health and PWD counterparts and ensure a smooth working relationship with them
Understand well existing government data management including flow and feedback mechanisms, particularly CRM, MIS
Represent project to the external stakeholders including donor and government agencies etc.

Scaling-up Rural Sanitation in Flood Affected Districts (RuSFAD) project was funded by UNICEF in three phases covering 24 districts of Pakistan. I was involved in all the districts of Sindh in the project including Thatta, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Khairpur, Ghotki, Shahdadkot, Jacobabad, and Kashmore, two districts of Punjab named; Rajanpur & Layyah, and two districts of Balochistan including Jafferabad and Muzzafarabad.

Achievements
• Develop and present 4Ws matrix in district WASH cluster meeting
• Regularly reviewed Situational Reports (SitReps) of different implanting partners including RSPN, NRSP, SRSO and third party Monitoring reports by WaterAid
• Develop indicators and monitoring tools on WASH based minimum standards
• Provided regular trainings and coaching to field and monitoring staff on M&E tools, techniques and approaches and on quality report writing
• Validated Open Defecation Free (ODF) spaces reported by implementing partners and facilitated their certification from focal person nominated by government

Society for the Conservation & Protection of Environment (SCOPE) works mainly for environmental issues in Pakistan and an active member of national cluster on safe drinking water and protection of environment. The livelihood project was funded by Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF). My core responsibility was to manage and facilitate field staff and timely share the update reports with donor.
Achievements
• Conducted ToT of the staff about the orientation of project
• Timely updated database on Poverty Score Cards as demanded by the donor
• Facilitated to develop Business Plans of the beneficiaries
• Developed Business Cooperative Groups
• Successfully closed all contracts and grants awarded during the project and evaluated performance and learning of the project. The evaluation recommendations were communicated to management of SCOPE and PPAF.

Benazir Shaheed model Addiction Anti Narcotics Force Treatment Center was funded by UNODC and the rehabilitation center was established in Karachi. The project by piloted for the first time by any government department in Pakistan about drug addicts. My primary responsibility was to directly interact with drug addicts and their parents to track their addiction history and design their rehabilitation plan accordingly, it was a golden opportunity to test and implement my recent degree with the subject of social psychology and medical sociology.

Achievements
• Conducted interview of drug addicts and their family and write their addiction history case
• Regularly conducted socio-psychological classes of drug addicts to motivate them to return to their energetic life
• Provided consultation to the families of drug addicts to treat differently their relatives after being rehabilitated from the center
• Conducted assessment of all the rehabilitated cases being after 6 months of their treatment

WHO in collaboration with University of Karachi conducted post campaign monitoring of different National Immunization Days during the above mentioned period in all Union Councils of Karachi.

Achievements
• Field visits to the remote and slum areas of Karachi where the polio eradication campaign was not conducted proficiently and identified causes.
• Monitored the response of parents towards polio eradication campaign.
• Immunized the children who did not receive polio drops during the campaign.
