Worked in an Audit Firm as a Director Audit and Assurance and in a Bank at managerial level and having a diversified experience of Banking, Manufacturing, Retail, Construction, Education, and Non-profit organizations about Audit, Financial Reporting, Corporate, Tax and other Regulatory Compliance.
Forecasting estimation, future projection and Financial Budgeting involving forecasting and projection of future profits and preparation of estimated financial statements of the company in the light of managements various decisions and ensuring compliance to those Budgets.
Planning and overseeing the audit engagements both internal and external audits, ensuring that all necessary resources are allocated and that the audit is conducted in accordance with the relevant audit standards and accounting Standard applicable in Pakistan.

Ensured that internal training of all bank employees in conjunction with HR Department on all aspects of Anti Money Laundering (AML)/ (CFT) and KYC.
Identification of System Gaps & taking appropriate measures thereof under guidance and training of the SBP.
Monitored and supervised the Complaint Management System (CMS) as per the Bank Complaints Handling and Fair Treatment of Customers’ Policy.
Submitted the Fit and Proper Test (FPT) of BODs at SBP portal and coordination with SBP for queries and discrepancies in this regard. Preparation of the minutes of BODs and Management’s Compliance Committee.
Analyzed the Loan Portfolio of the Bank, computation of Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and provision as per the Prudential Regulations of SBP.
