I assist customers within a period of 10 seconds of their entry to the lounge, rectifying their concerns and controlling the congestion in the lounge. I maintain adherence to audit compliance, governance, control and risk management procedures, and further ensure that the bank’s anti-money laundering prevention measures are followed. Further, I am also involved in the upkeep of databases and record details of procedures performed and the eventual resolution of complaints, allocation of joining gifts and packs, and cleanliness and branding of the environment. As a professional Branch Service Officer, my area of expertise includes the initiation procedure of remittance issuance, lodgments and settlements, remittances in foreign currency on account of lodgement as well as remittance and account opening. During the ATM routine activity I oversee the daily & timely replenishment whilst maintaining the prescribed balance in the Branch ATM and adhering to the SBP, KYC/AML and Currency Management policy.
