•Coordination and Assessment Officer under the banner of "National Education Foundation (NEF)" for 6 months.
•Internship as a recipient at "Organization For peace Development and cooperation (OPDC) for 6 months
•Good skill in MS World, Power point, Excel SPSS etc
•Good fluency and writing capability in English, urdu and push

Community Mobilizer Associate (CMA)
Facilitate formation/ strengthening of village education community and conduct capacity building session for VEC member.
Facilitate in development of community action plans for GCS/VECs and ensure periodic review and revision of community action plan for education.
Bringing inclusion, gender and promotion concern related to girls at individuals level to the attention of VEC on regular basis.
Identify gaps related to other sector such as WASH, nutrition etc bring to the knowledge to VEC and project staff.
Social Mobilizer
Conduct social mobilization and arrange meeting with Community and establish community support group of elders.
Sharing project detail with communities and beneficiarys selection criteria to avoid miss-understanding.
Collect SADDD (Sex, age, disability disaggregated data) of activities.
Identify people with physical, visual, auditory, mental or any other disability and assist in their registration for distribution of disability specific aids
Assist in free medical camps and eye care camps
Conduct community awareness sessions on healthcare,
Compile and submit daily and weekly reports of activities performed.
Targets Achieved
1.Successfully conducted 25 number of Medical Camps with number of patients 15000
2.65 Number of Assessments achieved to provide conditional Cash Grant.

COORDINATOR & ASSESMENT OFFICER
Performance Evaluation Tests conducted in different Primary schools of Peshawar.Responsibilities included;
1. In charge for coordination with school Management and teachers selected as invigilators for the conduction of test.
2. Responsible for Conduction ,Monitoring and Evaluation of tests
3. Assisting in Preparation of Field Implementation Plans for the Mobilization Team
4. Keep close Coordination with the relevant NEF staff members for harnessing support of the project.
5. Keep record of Field level Activity
