Job Description
• Plan, prepare and deliver Teacher training courses, workshops and informal training for teachers using a practical approach.
• Conduct research and Professional development according to BSS training trends.
• Develop and utilize various educational resources that ensure effective and innovative instructional methodologies are employed.
• Remain updated with the current educational landscape and professional development.
• Provide reviews/ input during Training reviews and make recommendations for improvement.
• Co-teach and simulate lessons with the objective to improve teachers and students outcome in the curriculum within the limitations of company policies and academic processes and guidelines.
• To help the Head Office Academics team with development/feedback on the academic material (curriculum /publication /DLP’s/readers etc)
• Work in close collaboration with teachers, school heads and concerned education officers and managers in preparing and implementing school-based improvement plans and strategies.
• Facilitate in-service professional development activities that include face to face and online training and support teachers in implementing the new curriculum, learned concepts and skills through regular support visits to schools.
