I have worked  with \"Rural Uplift Program\" as Project Manager . 
My main tasks here include circulation of administrative orders to relevant resources. As Project manager I have to pass instructions and guidelines to all office and field staff for Implementation on the instruction of BOGs. I have mastered \"People management\" & specifically \"Financial Management\" in this role. 
All the regular and routine duties of Project Manager are also part of my duties including Program development, Program reporting, Partnership management, Monitoring & Evaluation. On multiple occasion I had to publicly speak in persuasive manner to manage community.

Prior to RUP, I worked at Pak Women as Project Manager, like all projects my main job responsibilities remained same in nature. I was authorized to, and I supervised two districts i.e. Shangala & Battgram. Mainly I maintained effective communication and coordination with District Election Commission & Nadra. I was regularly following up on mobilization activities at Field Level and had to conduct meetings with line agencies accordingly.
 

I worked as Capacity Building Manager in Community Uplift Program - Pakistan. I was responsible to provide technical assistance and support to ensure the completion of projects. I supported my team and partners in designing and conducting data collection and completion of MIS system management. I maintained a closed liaison with relevant stakeholders and ensure that partnership standards were met, and the guidelines provided by KNHFund. 
I established community groups and organizations at village level for project planning & implementation. Data management and presentation were also my main responsibilities.

Responsible for managing and overseeing the program and support functions to ascertain efficacious and efficient implementation of strategy and program portfolio (emergency & Health Care).
I provide operational and technical guidance on projects management. Technical skills include the expertise on projects in replication and rehabilitation. Accommodated as the focal point for the projects and maintained the communication among all the pertinent parties/stakeholders including higher management, donors, and Regime Line Agencies. Ascertained the smooth support systems are in place including base administration, security & resilience, finance, human resources, procurement, logistics and accountability mechanisms

This was my most relevant experience to Disaster Managment as Disaster Managment Officer in Pakistan Red Crescent Pakistan. I was responsible for two districts Battagram & Torqar KPK.
I was responsible for implementation of strategy and program portfolio in emergency domain. I supported functions to ensure effective and efficient implementation of subject strategy. 
I provided operational and technical guidance on projects management. Technical skills included the expertise on projects in response and rehabilitation. 
I was also designated as Focal person for the project\'s communication, so I had to maintain good relationships with my own team and donors and partners.
