I have an extensive background in program and financial management, spanning over 15 years of experience in various sectors such as livelihood, emergency relief, women empowerment, poverty alleviation, advocacy, education, health, and more. I have a proven track record of successfully managing projects funded by both national and international institutions, including the Pakistan Red Crescent/International Federation Red Cross, Community Uplift Program, and Rural Uplift Program. With a strong emphasis on program development and reporting, I excel in designing and developing projects, concept notes, and proposals for institutional donors. My skills extend to partnership management, where I have screened, guided, and monitored partner organizations. Additionally, my expertise in emergency response management is evident through my leadership in conducting situation analyses, rapid assessments, and program reviews in challenging, conflict-prone, and disaster-stricken areas.
I have worked with "Rural Uplift Program" as Project Manager .
My main tasks here include circulation of administrative orders to relevant resources. As Project manager I have to pass instructions and guidelines to all office and field staff for Implementation on the instruction of BOGs. I have mastered "People management" & specifically "Financial Management" in this role.
All the regular and routine duties of Project Manager are also part of my duties including Program development, Program reporting, Partnership management, Monitoring & Evaluation. On multiple occasion I had to publicly speak in persuasive manner to manage community.
Prior to RUP, I worked at Pak Women as Project Manager, like all projects my main job responsibilities remained same in nature. I worked as Capacity Building Manager in Community Uplift Program - Pakistan. I was responsible to provide technical assistance and support to ensure the completion of projects. I supported my team and partners in designing and conducting data collection and completion of MIS system management. I maintained a closed liaison with relevant stakeholders and ensure that partnership standards were met, and the guidelines provided by KNHFund.
I established community groups and organizations at village level for project planning & implementation. Data management and presentation were also my main responsibilities.
