Mechanical Utilities Engineer
To maintain the whole UTILITIES plant regarding to Preventive, Predictive, Periodic & Breakdown maintenance. Plan, Co-ordinate and Manage activities regarding to preventive maintenance, annual maintenance and schedule maintenance of the following rotary and static equipment.
• Compressors(Reciprocating and Screw type single & Multistage Compressors)
• Pumps (Centrifugal, Reciprocating and Diaphragm type single & Multistage Pumps
• Gear Boxes(Centrifugal & Screw Compressors, Coal fired Boiler)
• Chillers (Vapor compression & Absorption type)
• Boilers (Fire and water tube Coal fired Boilers, Waste heat recovery boilers)
• Cooling Towers (Induced type, cross & counter flow types)
• Heat Exchangers (Shell & tube type and plate type
• Valves (Gate, Butterfly, Globe, Ball, NRV, Safety valves).
• Hydro testing of Heat Exchangers (Plate & Shell and tube type),Intercoolers, After coolers, Pipelines, Valves, Steam traps, Steam Boilers (Water & Fire Tube type) etc.
• Pressure Vessels and Storage Tanks
