Assisting the HR Manager in staff recruitment and selection process including screening and scheduling interviews of candidates.
Prepare and communicate offer letters and contracts to new employees.
Performed reference checks and new employee onboarding.
Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
Process paper work for new employee and enter employee information in Time Attendance Software, GBMS, and Payroll System.
Operating 2x Leave Management System.
Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
Providing orientation to staff on biometric attendance, pay and benefits system and information regarding company policies and procedures.
Retrieve and process data from biometric machine to time attendance software on daily basis.
Update Employees Monthly Calendar in Time Attendance Software.
Ensure time cards have proper signature upon submission.
Distribute and collect time card and time sheet on daily basis.
Process and generate fortnightly employees’ wages report from payroll system.
Close out payment information in case of paid off and termination.
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
