Business Partnering:
• Manage day to day HR business needs, build / maintain relationship with internal &external HR stakeholders.
• Ensure timely hiring of talent, assimilation& retention of employees in the assigned business.
• Ensure support of key HR processes including on-and-off-boarding, performance review, compensation & benefits, employee relations, headcount analysis, rationalization and HR reporting.
• Enhance employee relations in the particular business.
• Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
• Involve in manpower planning & approve strength of assigned business unit.
• Assist the HODs / Panel during the interviews.
• Coordinate with the HODs to forecast future requirements for staff.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Manage the annual performance appraisal process.
• Manage employees’ salary adjustments during the year.
• Responsible for arranging and providing company approved benefits to all new joining as per compensation structure.
Operations:
• Plan & execute organization structure hierarchy wise and ensure proper cost allocation in system.
• To plan and arrange orientations for newly hired employees.
• Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation.
• Attend to employees’ grievances and complaints; provide guidance if necessary.
• To coordinate with HODs to ensure timely confirmation of employees and to ensuretimely issuanceof confirmation letters.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Conduct reference verifications & make final offers to short listed candidates.
