HR Manager:
Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Management, Annual Reviews, Performance Management. Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition (Overall recruitment). Placing job advertisements on different job portal, conducting interviews & test of short listed candidates and scheduling interviews of selected candidates with higher management;
• Managing hiring process; preparation of offer & contract letters;
• Conduct orientations for joiners and tries to foster positive attitude towards Organizational Objectives;
• Participate in developing competitive compensation and benefits packages;
• Maintaining work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions;
• Source resumes and ensure compliance of recruitment procedures within the organization;
• Developing, maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices;
• Processing of payroll, annual appraisal, employee’s grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures if required;
• Implement actions that enable a pleasant, energetic and productive office environment;
• Handle employee related issues to ensure high employee satisfaction;
• Maintaining management guidelines in preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures to the top management;
• Maintaining employees attendance; leave record, personnel files and database as per policy;
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned;
Purpose of role:
To provide accurate and timely processing of company payroll.
To assist HR-Supervisor in recruitment and daily routine tasks.
Key responsibilities:
• Assisting HR Supervisor in daily HR routine tasks;
• Processing of documentation and preparation of reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc);
• Coordinating HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys etc);
• Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
• Substantiating applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests;
• Assisting in recruitment and interview process;
• Creating and coordinating delivery of offer letters/pay packages to new hires, tracking the information;
• Conducting initial orientation to newly hired employees;
• New Hires and Termination entries in HR.net and ePCX;
• Preparation of promotion/transfer letters and applying these actions in HR.net & ePCX;
• Administering the flow of Personnel Reports (changes in employment) between Payroll and HR;
• Compiling data for the monthly headcount report, producing the monthly consolidated and variance report;
• End to end processing of company payrolls (weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly);
• Verification and consolidation of Time Sheets of permanent and casual staff (monthly);
• Processing increases and calculation of back pays;
• Maintenance of payroll system and leave planning system;
• Updating and maintaining payroll records;
• Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries;
• Maintaining leaves, sickness and overtime reports;
• Maintaining Overseas Assignments (If any);
• Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime and shift allowances etc;
• Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations;
• Processing and maintaining the record of education and House Advance Allowances;
• Calculation of EID bonus, Annual bonus and other bonuses;
• Preparation of variable repots as per raised demand;
• Assisting Payroll Manager with month end consolidation;
• Processing of Non-Business Expense claims applied by employees;
• Calculating annual leave and DOB provisions/accruals;
• Preparation of Company Manpower Report (CMP);
• Preparation of Final Settlements for leavers (Calculation and processing of termination payments);
• Preparation of Release notes ;
• Maintaining the record of EOSB;
• Ensure all other Payroll related payments like as required;
• Filing, faxing, laminating and scanning of materials;
Additional Responsibilities;
• Preparation of Periodic and pre-employment medical forms;
• Maintaining the medical records of all employees for timely reassessments;
• Preparation of recruitment forms and documents;
• Management of Hard files of all employees (Each file must contain the complete set of necessary documents);
• Preparation of baking letter for opening Salary bank account;
• Preparation of Experience Letters;
• Supporting HR-Administrator regarding EOBI related issues;
• Supporting HR-Administrator regarding IGI related issues;
• Ensure all other HR related payments like as required;
