Collection promotion: Formulated and presented in depth analysis on effectiveness of collections/recovery structure in interior Sindh, managed collection unit at Regional level, daily monitoring field staff to reduce delinquent portfolio also developed field operational manual implemented in whole region which resulted 98% recovery.
Activities on NPLs: know process of repossession and foreclosure activities related to stuck up portfolio of all retail.
Developed MIS: Developed required MIS at Region related to delinquent portfolio and established automated system for monitoring of all NBP retail products (Advance salary, Saiban, Presidents Karobar Scheme & SME)
