 Collection promotion: Formulated and presented in depth analysis on effectiveness of collections/recovery structure in interior Sindh, managed collection unit at Regional level, daily monitoring field staff to reduce delinquent portfolio also developed field operational manual implemented in whole region which resulted 98% recovery.
 Activities on NPLs: know process of repossession and foreclosure activities related to stuck up portfolio of all retail.
 Developed MIS: Developed required MIS at Region related to delinquent portfolio and established automated system for monitoring of all NBP retail products (Advance salary, Saiban, Presidents Karobar Scheme & SME)
 Enhancing Organization Capability: Monthly trainings to Collection Officers for effective operations, understanding of customers & reaching good results with small means.
 Monitoring of staff: monitored staff and their performance for given targets and forecasting for future performance and area of concentration, gave regular prizes of appreciations to top performers.
 Analysis of Delinquent portfolio: Analyzed delinquent accounts discussing individually as well as collectively to prepared a consolidated delinquent position for on ward submission to Head office on monthly basis.
 Liaison with Agencies: at regional level out sources agencies are given Skip cases and complaints against staff are resolved on daily basis& dared to do things in different ways.
 Followed SBP Directions: compliance of directives issued by the SBP and Bank Management regarding collection activities of retail products also accepted & delegated responsibilities.
 Retail Universe Survey: to utilize resources in the most efficient manner, conducted a detail survey of covered area to obtain area knowledge, priorities and placement of staff .Consequently we revised areas, coverage and frequency targets accordingly.
