Responsibilities /AccomplishmentsTo Supervise the mechanical works related to HFO10MW Power house.To Supervise the erection of 04x2.5MWCAT (9CM25E) HFO engines.To Supervise the piping work area of HFO DFO & Service Tanks. To Coordinate with client and end  user regarding the technical issues.To Coordinate with MEP Contractors. EPC.To make sure that work should be done as per tender and requirements.To analyze and develop the BOQ.To analyze the tender terms and conditions.Lead the implementation and compliance of companys management systems related to quality in TE .Propose improvements to the companys system of standards and procedures according to requirementsProposes relevant changes to continuously improve processes , methods and practices of quality control inaccordance with clients and internal quality standards.Provide training to improve quality culture and awareness.Developed and implemented product safety management system.Conduct Product Safety training soft blue-collar & white-Collar staff.To attend progressmeetings with clients.To co-ordinate with field staff and supervisorsin orderto carry out the work smoothly.
