Act as a mentor and role model for all staff educating /providing timely guidance in execution of field work with specific reference to the laid down policies/procedure of the bank and SBP directives.
Ensure compliance to all the internal policies and loan /recoveries procedure as per bank SOPs.
Keenly works with operations team to make the branch operations error free and to make best customer services.
To ensure retention of customer base to maintain and increase profitable business by consistently meeting their genuine request exceeding customers expectations.
Any other assignment given by the Head-Business/ management.
