I have developed the ambition since I choose for my post graduation in the field of Social Anthropology and M.Phil in Sociology to get a chance to work for the betterment of humanity and serve the needy ones. Serving and helping people gives me pleasure and sense of achievement.
Since my childhood I am cooperative, accommodative and helpful to my friends, family and society. Indeed I am thankful to my parents, family, friends and teachers who provided me ample support in variety of instances to develop and polish my these character traits.
i have almost 1 year experience as Registration officer in emergency program under the umbrella of International rescue Committee.

additionally i have 3 year experience as Team Supervisor in I-VAP.

i was involved in these job as both in Team and Individually. the Results were very Promising.
during my working years of Experience their were a lot of achievements in my career.
currently i'm working With Conducting Quality Research Dialogue on Rule of Law UNDP funded project of Kohat University of science technology as District Project Coordinator.

Conducting Quality Research and Dialogues on Rule of Law (CQR&DRL)Project is a research project focusing on rule of law under the auspicious of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The project aims at consolidating geographic focus, informing policy, and sharpening programmatic focus in Districts:Haripur, Kohat, Karak, and Bannu with the intention to deepen impact of future Rule of Law interventions in the project area.
The DPC will directly report to the Principal Investigator(PI). The DPC will ensure coordination and coherence throughout the implementation process and supervise field staff of the concerned district and contractor(s), if any. The DPC will be responsible for implementation and the day-to-day management of all project activities, timely execution of work/field plans, and completion of project deliverables in the concerned district.
• Project Execution and Timely Completion of Deliverables/ End Products
The DPC will implement the research activities in light of the research design and ensure timely completion of key deliverables/end products of the project related to the concerned district. The DPC will work in close coordination with the PI and district level stakeholders, and facilitate research experts especially hired for Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and delegations of UNDP.
• Pretesting and Implantation of Research Tools:
The DPC will be responsible for pre-testing the research tools in their concerned districts and providing timely input to the PI highlighting the issues incurred while administering the tools and suggest modifications. . Upon finalization of the research tools, the DPC will be responsible for full-fledged implementation of the tools with the help of their field staff in their districts.
• Preparation/Implementation of Field Plan:
The DPC will assist the PI in preparation and ensuring implementation of field plans. The DPC will responsible to manage and lead entire field activities, and staff in accordance with work/field plans of their districts.
• Data Collection, Compilation, and Cleaning:
The DPC will be responsible for supervising the entire process of data collection through their field staff in compliance with set quality assurance mechanisms for data collection, entry, and management, will compile data set and lead data entry and cleaning
• (FGDs) and (KIIs):
The DPC will responsible to carry out FGDs and KIIs in accordance with the project document in the concerned districts. Moreover, the DPC will be responsible for preparation and reporting of the outcomes of the FGDs and KIIs in a prescribed manner.
• Compilation of Project Report (End Product):
The DPC will assist the PIin preparation of draft project report. Moreover, The DPC will support the PI in reworking the draft report in the light of UNDP’s feedback and preparation of final report.
• Administrative and Reporting Tasks:
• Ensure that the project activities are closely coordinated with PI and all the stakeholders – at district level – and that a high level of collaboration and cooperation is in place at different levels
• Ensure implementation of financial and administrative procedures consistent with project document with regard to project implementation and operations
• To supervise district level human resources, i.e. filed supervisors, enumerators, KPOs, etc., particularly their satisfactory performance, and supervision and assessment of performance.
• To implement project activities in the light of work plan, field plans and other project documents
• To ensure accomplishment of district level tasks according to the set quality standards, e. i. timely completion of the deliverables of the concerned district
• To regularly monitor progress against the district level gaols and convey weekly progress report to PI
• To prepare various reports to be submitted to the PI, and UNDP
• Keep the PI at abreast of emerging field related project issues and risks Carry out any other relevant duties as requested by the PI.

Assessment Supervisor -IVAP

The team supervisor, along with Partner organization staff, assists in the implementation of the IDP Vulnerability Assessment and Profiling project (IVAP). The goal of this assessment is to better understand the vulnerabilities and needs of each household of conflict IDPs. The information gathered
will be used as a tool to enable the effective and principled targeting of IDPs for assistance.
• Responsible for planning assessment and data collection activities, supervision of (8-10) field Surveyors, working in different Districts of the province.
• Guidance and briefing surveyors about data collection.
• Prepare and maintains Daily Report, Referral form, Key Informant, Case Studies.
• Attend and observe Community Consensus Jirgas (CCJ) and Project Oversight Committee (POC) meetings and document proceedings, decisions made and level of community participation
• Develop Analytical frameworks in emergency situations that determine the focus of the assessment.
• Serve as the main focal person in the field for the IVAP’s implementing partners and monitoring team (internal/external) on all monitoring matters.
• Responsible for oversight of security for the IVAP Field team, including security approvals for different locations in KP.
• Work closely and coordinate with IRC Middle Management, logistics, to ensure timely Data Collection and complaint program activities; including active participation in opening/closing and review meetings of each district assessment.
• Designing creative methodologies for field team to conduct focus group discussion in the rural and urban Union Councils of KPK.
• Work closely with both the Senior Team Leader Data Collection and Monitoring Supervisors to ensure that both the program team and the monitoring team have collected and have access to all necessary information in a timely manner.
• Responsible for on job training of surveyor and weekly reporting – information collation and report writing.
• (whenever directed)Master comprehensive training of Survey team to ensure full comprehension of IRC rules and regulations, security protocols and IVAP field Standard Operating Procedures.
• Conduct oneself with respect in all work with IRC, treating all persons (particularly IDPs and other team members) with dignity and professionalism
• Ensuring respective team members to follow IRC’s security protocol and IVAP standard operating procedures at all times.
• Report security concerns immediately to the security manager and Senior team leader
• Take direction from and complete all tasks required by the senior team leader.
• Leading respective survey teams by example, participating with the teams in all processes of learning from training to field work to data management
• Maintain daily contact and tracking of each field Surveyor either by presence with them in the field, or by telephone tracking on a daily basis when not in the field.
• Hold joint weekly meetings with senior team leader to address survey, security, operational, Plan, co-ordinate and oversee the mid-term and end of the project evaluation studies of each district and other work concerns.
• Working with the Field Surveyors/ monitoring supervisor identifying capacities within the team which need reinforcement; recommend appropriate trainings or management modifications, or other pragmatic solutions to address these concerns.
• Weekly compile the total number of households surveyed by field team, covered area, remaining estimated caseload, and suggestions for the next week’s survey and submit a short report to the senior Team Leader data collection.
• Contribute to IRC reports as per set schedules (monthly, quarterly and annually) on indicators and achievements.
• Track and approve the leave time of field team, according to IRC policy.
• Arrangement of the PMP system with each person of the team, with mid-term review after 3 months.
