• Managing the S&OP process to deliver the desired business results for 470 SKU’s worth Annual Sales Value of over (5.24 billion PKR) for Exports & (14.01 billion PKR) for local market of Pakistan business.
• Lead the project of implementation of Oracle Module for Materials Requirement Planning successfully
• Implementation Demand & Supply SLA, between CCL-LS (23 countries), CCL-Consumer Health care & CCL-Pharma.
• Improved Supply Chain service level (OTIF) from 74% to 99%, along un-planned 35% demand.
• 40% delivery above the RSF via managing buffers and monitoring them regularly.
• Lead Strategic Planning which evaluates bottlenecks for next 3 - 5 years supply against demand (In-house & Third party also).
• Forecasting demand with coordination of MSD and distributor and drive a final number for production planning.
• Calculating and monitoring forecast accuracy and bias SKU level, distributor level and country level in export (24 countries, AFRIC, Asia & CIS region).
• Involved in finalizing MPS (Master Production Schedule) and MRP (Material resource planning) for Exports.
• To ensure Case fill within the prescribed timeframe and monitor service level for all stakeholders for Exports and CMOs.
• Handling 15 CMOs and 54 SKUs demand and supply without shortage from all over Pakistan and also import.
• Ensure New Developments/ Launches products are within the agreed timeframe. Coordinate for New Launches on time for Int. Ops and CMOs
• To ensure and manage compliance for all agreed production schedules and inventories for all components as per business demand for Exports and CMOs.
• Monitor and analyses inventory reports to ensure optimal inventory level at all times and timely information to concerned quarter for low shelf-life items for Exports and CMOs.
• Close Co-ordination of shipments in with warehouse and logistics team to achieve sales targets for Int. Ops and CMOs.
• Implantation ERP for CMOs ordering and execution with support of ERP team.
• Enhance the utilization of ERP on my role and as well of my reporting officers which saves almost 2 working hours daily.
