I played a key role in implementing the Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) course at the university, with primary responsibilities including leading the CVE program through effective coordination among the university focal person, partner organization, and SSDO. I organized and conducted Train the Trainer (TOT) sessions for university faculty on CVE, collaborating with a master trainer and co-trainer. Additionally, I managed the selection and registration of students for CVE mobilization and induction sessions. Working closely with a partner organization, I contributed to the development of CVE content. Furthermore, I delivered impactful CVE training sessions for university students, subsequently guiding them through the implementation of Social Action Projects (SAPs) to apply their learning in practical initiatives.
As a consultant on UNHCR's refugee project with Hashoo Foundation, my primary responsibilities involved the design and development of customized training materials. I played a crucial role in translating classroom content into e-Learning-compatible formats and designing online courses that guided users on interpreting and delivering training content effectively. Additionally, I devised strategies to incorporate technology for enhanced instructional delivery and reviewed the target audience's preferences and ease of using various technologies. · Designed and delivered the group assessment exercise for YPA candidates, examined candidate’s knowledge on key issues in Pakistan of socioeconomic development, human rights, international affairs, and constitutional structure.
· Headed pool of 55 master facilitators nationwide, for the delivery of Active Citizens program. Led on the recruitment process of lead facilitators by inviting expression of interest, shortlisting, interviews, assessments and final selection. Formulated selection process of partners in compliance with British Council’s policies and procedures.
· Examined relationship management and capacity building of 15 national delivery partner organizations (national NGOs, CBOs) and 23 Public Universities across Pakistan especially Vice-Chancellors and AC program coordinators.

In my capacity, I strategically planned, managed, and executed projects, concurrently reinforcing systems and mechanisms to enhance program efficiency. My role involved the examination, evaluation, and reporting of all capacity-building projects, ensuring the achievement of annual growth targets. Contributing to peaceful coexistence in Pakistan through the European Endowment for Democracy (EED), I facilitated financial support by securing donor grants for implementing partners and monitored the effective utilization of these grants. In my role, I played a central role in coordinating and contributing to the development of the National Volunteering plan and strategy. Leading the selection of National Volunteering program partners, I actively participated in assessments, reviews, and evaluations. Additionally, I planned, delivered, and administered program development workshops and organizational assessments. One of my key accomplishments was the establishment of a sustained resource bank comprising skilled professionals willing to contribute their time to facilitate youth activities. Collaborating with VSO partners, I established youth forums and linked them to the resource bank, ensuring the effective delivery of resource persons at these forums. I took charge of the Monitoring and Evaluation of Social Action Projects (SAPs), creating case studies of their projects and collating data from their reports. Celebrating International Days, such as International Women’s Day, International Volunteering Day, and HIV and AIDS Day, I actively raised the profile of VSO, the National Volunteering program, and youth efforts. Furthermore, I led the coordination of the Volunteering Programme Development and Management training for Volunteering Involving Organizations (VIOs), advancing agreed activities of the National Volunteering plan, including workshops, trainings, program launches, and reporting of events. Taking a holistic approach, I led international volunteer placements, facilitated volunteer midterm and end-term reviews, and provided essential support. Additionally, I offered mentoring and coaching for youth, fostering the establishment and delivery of social action projects resulting from capacity building in Youth Forums.
I effectively designed, planned, and implemented a comprehensive Teachers' Training Programme focused on Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) for primary schools. This initiative covered a significant geographical area, including Islamabad, 7 Tehsils of Rawalpindi, and various other parts of Pakistan, such as Chitral, Mastuj, Kaghan, Kotli-Azad Kashmir, Tatta Pani, Abbottabad, Quetta, Sukkur, and Lahore. I meticulously scheduled trainings and meetings, conducted CSA training sessions in schools, and engaged with Parent Teacher Associations and School Management Committees. As an integral team member, I actively contributed to designing the curriculum for the "Awareness Raising on Child Rights Convention" campaign, a collaborative effort between Sahil and Plan Pakistan. My role involved coordination with the government education department of Rawalpindi District, including the Executive Education Officer, and collaboration with various development organizations working on children's rights. Through these efforts, I aimed to foster awareness and protection against child sexual abuse while actively contributing to campaigns promoting child rights.
