Under this designation my responsibilities are;
Actively liaise with local stakeholders to supervise visibility of the project and complete documentation of the project as project reports, proposals, budget, pictures, documentaries, and meeting minutes. Deliver excellent first-rate support to the management in order to ensure compliance of all terms and conditions stated in the project agreement and policies.
Facilitated CRS team in conducting surveys, examining visits of the project areas, and evaluating project tasks.
Formulated, supervised, and presented project progress matrices and data gathering tools to the project offices on timely basis. Generated contracts, invoices, and reporting from partner organizations in area of impact and learning.
Efficiently created advance requests based on the prearranged activities of funds and implemented project activities and events on a timely basis to ensure efficiency.
Drought Mitigation Project Tharpakar funded by USAID. Under this designation my responsibilities are;
Headed a team of six social mobilizers in the project planning and implementation process, as well as achieved results of the project within the time frame. Expertly revised and examined weekly reports to identify causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation and enhance quality of reporting. Retained effective and efficient flow of timely and quality reports submission from project offices to the senior management.
Competently developed plans/schedules for the mobilization team and community, while directing training and mobilization sessions to ensure self-reliance and empowerment.
Supervised activities and progress of project partners with particular attention to lessons for the dissemination and strengthened partner systems through mentoring, training, facilitation, fundraising, and exposure visits.
Strengthening Immunization and promoting safe motherhood Project funded by GAVI alliance.
Generated monthly and quarterly reports to the supervisor and donor and collaborated with Civil Society Organization (CSOs) to organize vaccination campaigns and steer training on Vaccination with the support of health department.

UNICEF WASH and PPAF SCAD(Sindh Coastal Area Development) Project.
Monitor all field activites like Distribution of NFIs (Non Food Items), Visits of Hygiene Promotions, and Sanitation. Reporting on field activities to Project Manager as well as to Head office.
Established performance indicators and monitoring tools to assess performance of project and developed plans for community to reduce the losses of lives and other resources and cope the impact of disaster.
Organized and submitted weekly and quarterly field progress reports and work plans and offered community management skill training to the community and village organizations.
Assessment of Flood affected villages; Conduct Hygiene Promotion within the community, in those Promotions we shared them knowledge about Health & Cleanness of their homes, streets & also villages, Distribution of NFI’s (Non Food Items) to 600 Registered Families.
Other part of work was Cash for Work; in that process I mobilized people to work on daily Wages to make Handicrafts (Quilts & Sindhi Caps), rebuild the roads and canals and Watercourses which were affected by flood disaster
Another part of work was Cash for Grant; the process was to assessment of person who was fallen in our organizational criteria. My job was to conduct survey, fill the formatted questionnaire and analyze the most suitable persons and families for cash grants.
