16 years of progressive field based programmatic experience in working with communities, government authorities, development agencies and bi-lateral donors in humanitarian assistance and social development sector in thematic areas of health, polio, TB control program, Education, livelihoods, food security, WASH, community development, human rights, GBV, protection issues, formal and non-formal education, health, advocacy and capacity building. Project and Team Management:
• Ensure the smooth implementation of the USAID-Pakistan Reading Education Project at provincial and district level
• Supervise USAID-PRP Implementation Teams ensuring that performance and development plans are followed.
• Participate in the completion of the annual project work plan and initiate base line assessment in close partnership with all stakeholders.
• Provide direction and trainings to district implementation teams as and when needed
• Analyze and collate Education program information at provincial level for dissemination to the donors and stakeholders
• Identify performance gaps within the program team and take corrective actions.

Program Quality and Management
• Lead the planning of project activities and set high quality performance targets ensuring adherence to technical standards, best practices and donor guidelines.

• Design & development of Program/Project M&E strategy;
• Development of M&E Frameworks and Plans for Programme/projects – this will also entail the preparation of a M&E validation workshop for all staff at national and provincial level;
• Collect all relevant data and facilitate the implementation of feasibility and baseline studies where appropriate;
• Develop a field monitoring plan based on agreed upon progress and target indicator sets;
• Review periodic technical reports of projects, provide appropriate comments and prepare consolidated quarterly reports;
• Design and prepare problem solving and development of remedial actions ensuring any disparity between planned and actual outputs are addressed;
• When required, provide technical support and training to the partners to strengthen M&E systems, the recommended reporting and monitoring formats & guidelines or/and provide any on-site support, and, if required, develop a M&E capacity strengthening strategy plan for provincial offices.
