Dealing with Sales Orders & Delivery Orders & monitoring any of the discrepancy or pendencies.
Preparing Reconciliation of Party balances.
Preparing detailed material & products movements & Conducting monthly Stock Take.
Calculating Material Usage & production yield on periodic basis.
Preparing Salaries & Benefits & ensuring ensring timely disbursement of Cheques.
Preparing and submitting Social Security & Employees Old Age Benefit monthly data.
Maintaining summery of cash transaction and initiating replenishment of cash at site .
Preparing Payment to & ensuring timely disbursement of Cheques parties.
Reconciliation of Inter-group transactions.
Preparing periodic details and analysis of Receivables.
Preparation of tax Callahan of Tax Pay, entries in IRIS & ensuring that Withheld Tax deposited on weekly basis.
