·         Demand generation & Sale of High Efficiency Irrigation System (HEIS) by Supervising Technical Sales’ team in Rawalpindi region through the collaboration of Government and Private Sector.
·         To synergize sale of Water-soluble fertilizer, Pesticides/Insecticides and Growth regulators in Northern Punjab.
·         To provide & monitor Agronomical and technical support to the farmers having installed High Efficiency irrigation systems & enabling them to use HEIS for fertigation and injectible chemicals directed to rhizosphere.
·         Preparation & checking of Fertigation and Irrigation scheduling of different fruit orchards and vegetable crops for the farmers.
·         Provide training on orchard establishment, row crop sowing, HEIS system operations, Drip Fertigation and tunnel farming for off season vegetable production.
·         Working with design engineer to produce irrigation system design that best suits to the client and his land in terms of cost and productivity.
·         Writing and presenting reports, & conducting presentations and demonstrations for commercial clients.
·         Preparation of annual budget/business plan & presenting the same in budget meeting
·         Ensuring that the work procedures adhere to the legislation of government and project consultants.

§  Sales and marketing of HEIS & parts
§  Managing HEIS projects in different districts of Potohar.
§  Working with design engineer to produce irrigation system design that best suits to the client and his land in terms of cost and productivity.
§  Using mapping software, GPS, internet, e-mail and MS office applications.
§  Installation of drip and sprinkler systems for orchards, vegetables and landscape lawns.
§  Conducting and organizing training sessions for farmers to provide them agronomic and technical support for cultivation of crops.
§  Closed liaison with OFWM Punjab and Project Consultants to make the projects in-line with the set module (to ensure and develop sufficient water source (tube well, dug well, bore well or mini dam) for the design of High Efficiency Irrigation System
§  Preparing the Economic analysis reports of the projects (Conventional Irrigation Vs HEIS) and Success Stories.
§  Writing and presenting reports, & conducting presentations and demonstrations for commercial clients.
§  Provision of solar system to operate HEIS.
§  Maintaining the record/office documentation.
