One of the first points of customer contact at Customer Center and build rapport with customers.
Managing Consumer Purchasing targets in assigned regions across Karachi on monthly basis.
Building an engaging rapport with sellers and negotiate with them at fair price to close deals.

Marketing:
Carrying out sale’s promotional activities specifically for DFAC / JAC Trucks that includes arranging displays, visits to customers and customer’s training.
Responsible for making marketing strategies and sales for DFAC/JACTrucks.
Establish nationwide network of Authorized dealers for DFAC/JACTrucks.
Field visits to dealerships and customers for product feedback.
Manage all 3’s dealers in Pakistan. (including payments follow-up, invoicing, marketing activities and all other activities)
Sales:
To prepare monthly sales.
Support and motivate dealers to achieve monthly sales targets.
To prepare monthly ordering plan by forecasting from JAC China.
Liaison with plant managers at GNL plant to get the required numbers of vehicles as per customer demand.
Liaison with service and parts department for customer maximum satisfaction.
Other Duties:

Acquiring customer’s feedback for product development and continuous improvements.
Managing TWSM (Toyota ways in Sales and Marketing) audit and its effective implementation. To ensure the procedures of Toyota Sales manuals. Working on development and orientation via SFTP (sales force training protocols) and focus on TNA (training need analysis) Arranging BTL activities at various places for product display and promotion. Monitor overall dealership for continuous improvements
