Responsibilities
Enrolment of contractual, Worker & Management Employees along with their personal files,
employees profiles, for internal & external audit. Ensure validity should be up to date according
to documents expiry & checks all documents.
Maintain monthly reports, recruitment and resignation to calculate turnover ratio of the company.
Prepare full and final payment of dues to the employees at the time of resignation.
Manage routine HR operational activities e.g. employee documentations, hiring, transfer cases,
separations, onboarding etc.
Collecting, calculating and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
To manage health insurance facility regarding registration, updating & complaints. To calibrate
with Social Security Labor office & EOBI office.

Preparing employees compensation by the end of each month.
