My passions range from thermal analysis to technology with keen interest in plant operations and maintenance.
From Raw Materials to Finished Products, oversee all operations of short cut and long cut Italian pasta line production. Ensuring the shutdown planning, plant inspection, corrective and preventive maintenance and internal auditing for ensuring lean manufacturing and smoother production. Manage production and maintenance of short cut and long cut pasta lines with all other machines, power supplies and utilities as well as manage raw materials, finished products, tools and spares, local staffs and all other relevant jobs assigned by the seniors. Ensuring the timely preparation of daily reports related to production and department activities. Providing tutorials to newcomers regarding HACCP, Halal and plant operations. Collaborate with contractors and workers for all activities.
I was responsible to provide suitable and efficient FEM analysis for the sustainability of the Solar Cell.
During internship period I visited SAA Factory (Small Arm Ammunition), MAA Factory (Medium Arm Ammunition), Services
Group, Weapons Factory. I have learnt all the manufacturing process of small and medium ammunition and weapons.
