I am young, self motivated and dedicated professional with 15 years of rich experience particularly in the field of ICT of Higher Education Sector. During that tenure, I been to various position from project till product and passed away all project management phases successfully. Have strong inter and Intra-communication skills between management and technical team. Strong understanding of MIS in organization from its designing till its deployment. Strong training skills which seems necessary for an IT professional to convince the non-technical persons for a technical solution. I am certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library Profession (ITIL) which I successfully implemented in couple of public sector organizations by establishing the IT service management desk.
