Responsibilities
1. Product Costing and Raw Material Creation
 Review the cables designs based on the international standards such as IEC, and British Standard.
 While reviewing the designs, ensured that the allocation of machines and material selections are accurate and appropriate.
 Revise the raw material and production cost of a cable.
 Enables sales team to offer our best prices by releasing the items to their Warehouse Management System (WMS), which is an ERP sales module.
 Create raw materials, and Link to desired operation types
2. Master Data Management
 Maintain master data of raw materials.
 Implement new designs in master design models
 Maintain material selection and machine allocation rules
 Prepare cost analysis reports for Management to allow easy and clear decision making
 Validate prerelease documents and generate operation routing, revise and upload to planning module to achieve customer requirements and support planning and production teams.
 Prepare master plan for product cost new version release to guarantee minimized transition phase.
 Initiate technical Solutions and support to technical engineers under technical department approval.
 Releasing items after checking accuracies, values availabilities, and it’s matching technically with new updates, from technical department.
3. Data Sheet Templates
 Create and maintain standard data sheets’ templates of LV, MV, Control, Flex and overhead cables.
 Create special data sheet templates based on the specification of customer.
 Setup parameters’ templates for production and QC teams which guide them to verify the theoretical values with actual values.

Responsibilities
 Provide technical expertise, procedures, technical review and support capabilities in the area of project engineering to the Project Teams with focus on electrical design and installation scope.
 Supervise and assure that the design has been precisely carried out at site during project execution.
 Interaction with cross functional functions for successful project completion.
 To provide/co-ordinate responses to Contractors’ technical queries from the project detail design to hand- over phases.
 Verify the equipment and devices used in the project meets the required specifications

Responsibilities
 To collect & verify data of Contact Centers on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
 To make sure that collected data is authenticated / accurate for further escalation to the management.
 Supporting all reporting/Operations/Compliance and other sections for scheduling, forecasting and analysis.
 Ensuring the new reports requirements and their formats.
 Management of Monthly KPIs report and its escalation up to first week of every month.
 Proper record management of all kinds of reports.
