· Maintains UPTIME 24x7x365 of Power and Cooling Infrastructure at Data Center
· Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of 24 UPS’s, 410 Cameras(Fix+PTZ), PAS Systems and Voips installed at Metro Stations
· Perform technical network assistance to senior engineer teams during operations build and troubleshooting
· Troubleshooting power and network cables faults after finding their routes on metro bus track.
· Monitoring the Surveillance system and power sources on Network Management System (NMS) to keep the Network alive from Data Center. Also Working on (Axxon) internationally deployed Software, proven Surveillance System.
· Support providing in control center at Saddar (PMA building) which includes Hardware, Software and Networking Solutions according to the client needs
Deals in major branded products of Q-MATIC Queue Management Systems (Token Machine), Digital Signage Solution, Customer feedback.
Support tasks management like Call center support and field support cases according to company standards (2 hours response time)
Analyse and troubleshoots deployment-related issues in a timely manner.
Worked felxible hours across night, weekend and holiday shifts during operations and maintenance.
